Diwali celebrations would be incomplete without indulging in specific types of food, especially traditional desserts. This means that people are more likely to binge eat, which may result in weight gain. And if you’re on a weight loss diet, it is important to keep a watch on what you eat and how much of it you eat.
Although the festival is full of deep-fried goodies like chakli, chorafali, kachori, namakpare, ghugra, jalebis, gulab jamun and other traditional foods, which are very tempting, it is extremely vital to eat with caution while satisfying your cravings.
